My mission.
Get confident, save money and time by saving food waste!
Hi there, I'm Loreley, and at Cucina Social Club, I’m on a mission to help busy professionals cook healthy, delicious meals while minimizing food waste. As someone who grew up in Italy with a mother who's an incredible cook, I learned the tricks and techniques needed to create tasty meals without breaking the bank.

But not everyone has that privilege, which is why I created Cucina Social Club. I teach people how to use seasonal ingredients, leftovers, and reduce food waste, all while saving money, time, and the environment. And because food should be accessible to everyone, I’m also committed to addressing food poverty. I work closely with food banks and community kitchens, and I am in the management committee of both the Haringey Community Food Network and Hornsey Food Bank.

My culinary inspiration comes from Italian, Greek, and French cuisines, which are my heritage. I’ve also drawn inspiration from my travels and living in different countries and continents. Italian cuisine, in particular, is a great place to start because it uses simple, easy-to-find ingredients that are affordable and healthy. And trust me, there's no better feeling than cooking a delicious meal that you're proud of! To me it’s an act of self-love!

So if you're a busy professional looking to up your cooking game while reducing your environmental impact, or if you're passionate about making a difference in your community, join me at Cucina Social Club. I’m here to help you feel empowered and confident in the kitchen.
