About the event
Join me for a "last glimpse of summer" recipe. This is comfort food at its best, but it's also a lighter version of the classic parmigiana and incredibly flavourful! All levels can join, don't be afraid, it's simple and I will guide you through :-)
You will not only learn that, but also how to make a traditional tomato sauce to use in multiple ways and we will also prep some aubergines for you to use in other recipes or as a side, so in one night you will have fun, cook in a smart and efficient way that will save you time for this week's meal prep and learn something new to replicate forever and impress your guests with...all this for only £20 per device, which means if your whole household connects, you only pay one ticket and you can cook from the comfort of your home ;-)
Usually we have a bit of socialising when the dish is ready, we sit down and eat together and I answer any other questions you have and we just relax and meet new people. This part is completely optional, but it's always been a very appreciated side of these classes. So feel free to sip a glass of wine or whatever you fancy and enjoy! I can't wait to meet you!
WHAT YOU WILL GET:
- the recipe I perfected over the years to cook an incredible and lighter version of aubergine parmigiana, which you'll be able to replicate and personalise after this class
- leftovers for other meals
- the recipe for a classic and authentic Italian tomato sauce to use for a million other recipes or as it is
- another recipe with aubergines that you will be able to use as a side or to complement other dishes
- other tips and tricks in the kitchen
- a recipe card after the class
- a social event where you'll be able to "meet" different people online and enjoy the meal with them
HOW IT WORKS:
- you will receive a list of ingredients and equipment to have ready for the class. All ingredients are easy to find and the recipe is suitable for vegetarian and gluten-free diets. If you have any questions, please ask. Make sure you have time to buy the ingredients ;-)
- on the day, please arrive on time and join the zoom link and cook along in your own kitchen on your own or with your partner/friends/family/flatmates/pet (every ticket is per device). I recommend to connect from a laptop or tablet to have the best experience.
- stay online after the class to enjoy the meal you've cooked with the other attendees, have a drink if you like and socialise (this part is obviously optional, but it has been a very enjoyable part of the previous classes)

Note: There are no refunds for this class, if you cannot attend, please let me know at least 48 hours beforehand and I can move you to a future class or you can choose to get the recording of this one (available for 30 days), so you'll be able to get the experience too and watch it at your own pace :-)
