About the event
Join me for an online Halloween cookalong where obviously we will cook with pumpkin. Pumpkin and porcini mushrooms are a match made in heaven and if you make lasagne with it, then you will literally be in heaven!
NOTE: we will not be making the lasagne sheet from scratch this time due to time constraints in the evening (we don't want to eat at midnight, haha!). There will be a separate masterclass some other time for that.
All levels can join, don't be afraid, it's simple and I will guide you through :-)
This is a class packed with content! As usual the format is 3 recipes in 1 class. You will not only learn lasagne with pumpkin and porcini, but also how to use the leftovers in a creative and tasty way (think fried lasagne!) and how to use the sauce in other recipes or as a side, so…
