About the event
Join me for an online Christmas Sunday cookalong where I will show you how to make a regional specialty from Tuscany called gnudi, delicious ricotta and spinach gnocchi with butter and sage. To finish, we will use some leftovers from the gnudi recipe to make some soft amaretti biscuits with different flavours. This is a class suitable for vegetarians and adaptable for gluten-free diets!
